糯米蹄膀烧麦
馅料:
去骨蹄膀肉,老抽酱油2大匙,葱1条,姜3片,香菇1个,蒸好的糯米饭半碗
皮:
用温水和植物油活面,将面揉至非常均匀,醒10分钟。
烧卖:
把醒好的面团分份,每份擀成中薄皮,加适量馅料,四面拉起靠上端捏下包成烧卖。小火蒸15分钟即可。
